Anyone else feel this way? With a population of 15,248, Brunswick is a small town. Homes are going for about $128,300 on average. Rent is about $876/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I wrong here?
