Not sure if this has been asked before, but Poverty rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Has anyone dealt with this? The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
