Brunswick in the winter -how bad?

First post here. I've been here for 18 years and The unemployment rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cheers. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development.

My experience has been mostly positive. it was the best decision I ever made. The only thing I'd watch out for is outdoor recreation. Other than that, No regrets on my end..

I've lived in Riverside for about 3 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from Dallas, I was surprised by outdoor recreation. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Good healthcare facilities
- The school system scene is solid

The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for families. Happy to answer more specific questions..
