Is Brunswick good for remote workers?

Hey, Just moved here 15 months ago and Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 4.0%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,115/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What would you do? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. Used to live on the South side, now on the Greenfield side. Completely different vibe. I have mixed feelings honestly.
