Job hunting in Brunswick -tips?

Alright, I'm a teacher here and Household incomes average around $85,313 in Brunswick. Homes are going for about $233,300 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Anyone in a similar situation? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

I've lived in Greenfield for about 2 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I genuinely enjoy living here. When I first moved here from Denver, I was surprised by safety. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Active local events and festivals
- The dating scene scene is hit or miss

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Nightlife is limited

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for singles. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
