Longtime lurker here, I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $1,115 for rent here. Household incomes average around $85,313 in Brunswick. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What do you all think? Thanks in advance! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
