OK so It's a a small town city with about 5,299 people. Poverty rate is 12.2%, which is around average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. Has anyone dealt with this? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
