Been meaning to ask this. Crime rate is something to consider -Brushy Creek sits at 105.2 per 100K. Rent is about $2,024/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. TIA! It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
