Longtime lurker here, Poverty rate is 16.5%, which is higher than I expected. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What do you all think? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
