Quick question about Bryan

Hi all, I've been here for 5 years and Crime rate is something to consider -Bryan sits at 427.1 per 100K. Homes are going for about $210,600 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,150 for rent here. Rent is about $1,150/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Should I be concerned? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

As someone who grew up here, it's not perfect but it works for me. A lot has changed in the past few years though. nightlife used to be much competitive but now it's average.
