Hi all, I've been here for 5 years and Crime rate is something to consider -Bryan sits at 427.1 per 100K. Homes are going for about $210,600 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,150 for rent here. Rent is about $1,150/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Should I be concerned? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
