How is Bryans Road for outdoor activities?

Been living here since 2017. Rent is about $2,044/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $117,117 in Bryans Road. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Worth the trade-offs?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to Charlotte it's tough.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's not perfect but it works for me. Internet is challenging in most areas.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want school system, then yeah this place is great. But if community vibe matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
