Starting a business in Bryn Mawr-Skyway?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Household incomes average around $90,258 in Bryn Mawr-Skyway. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem challenging.

I've been here 6 years and I have mixed feelings honestly. The thing nobody mentions is food scene. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the community vibe is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is pretty good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Midtown side vs the Meadowbrook side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I genuinely enjoy living here.
