Buckeye quality of life -am I missing something?

Longtime lurker here, Household incomes average around $98,778 in Buckeye. It's a a smaller city city with about 99,844 people. With a population of 99,844, Buckeye is a smaller city. The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Worth the trade-offs? Cheers. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to New York it's pretty good.
