Hey, It's a a smaller city city with about 99,844 people. You can expect to pay around $1,742 for rent here. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. My experience has been mostly positive. it's been a really good experience overall. The only thing I'd watch out for is healthcare. Other than that, Hope this helps!.
