Is public transit usable in Buckeye?

Hello, I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $384,100 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What would you do? Property taxes are high but you get good services.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it exceeded my expectations. Internet is surprisingly good in most areas.

Public transit is better than expected here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I have mixed feelings honestly.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem improving.

I've been here 14 years and it's not perfect but it works for me. The thing nobody mentions is cultural scene. It's reasonable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the cost of living is legit. And if you're into running, this place is underrated.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Eastside side vs the Maple Ridge side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
