Most overrated things about Buckeye

I'm single, late 40s, and The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $384,100, which seems about average. Rent is about $1,742/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,742 for rent here. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Does this match your experience? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
