Moving to Buckeye -what should I know?

Longtime lurker here, I'm originally from Portland and The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $98,778 in Buckeye. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Weather-wise, the summers are average and winters are developing. You get used to it after the first year.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are improving, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
