Anyone else feel this way? I'm a teacher here and Rent is about $1,742/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What do you all think? Cheers. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
