Is Buckeystown getting better or worse?

I'm a 35-year-old project manager and Rent is about $2,398/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $141,250 in Buckeystown. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Should I be concerned? The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
