Best apartments in Buckhall under ?

Curious what people think. I'm a remote worker and Poverty rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Let me know your thoughts.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from Atlanta and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Pine Hills. It's average for what you get.

Jobs: The market is reasonable right now, especially in finance. If you're in engineering you might struggle.

People: Generally tough. It took about 7 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: solid. Tons of options if you like seafood.

Definitely worth checking out..
