Moving to Buckhall with kids -good idea?

OK so We have two kids and Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. Rent is about $2,591/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
