Hi all, I'm a college student here and Rent is about $1,785/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 4.7%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I overthinking this? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
