Not sure if this has been asked before, but Poverty rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. With a population of 5,090, Buellton is a small town. You can expect to pay around $2,196 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What would you do? The weather takes some getting used to.
