Hey everyone, I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $704,200 on average. The median home value here is around $704,200, which is pretty steep. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Is this normal for Buellton? The food scene here is surprisingly good.
