I relocated for work and The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $108,187, which feels pretty solid for the area. Poverty rate is 5.8%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
