Moving to Buena Park -what should I know?

Curious what people think. The median home value here is around $771,900, which is pretty steep. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Any help is appreciated.

Used to live on the Downtown side, now on the West side. Completely different vibe. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
