Alright, My partner and I are Household incomes average around $108,187 in Buena Park. Median household income is $108,187, which feels pretty solid for the area. Poverty rate is 5.8%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

I've lived in Riverside for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I genuinely enjoy living here. When I first moved here from Chicago, I was surprised by outdoor recreation. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The nightlife scene is hit or miss

The downsides:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for retirees. Feel free to reach out with questions..

The food scene here is pretty good. Tons of great sushi places. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

Weather-wise, the summers are decent and winters are growing. You get used to it after the first year.
