Why I chose Buena Park over bigger cities
Been meaning to ask this. I'm a remote worker and The median home value here is around $771,900, which is pretty steep. Median household income is $108,187, which feels pretty solid for the area. Poverty rate is 5.8%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
