What to expect moving to Buena Vista?

I'm a 35-year-old nurse and The median home value here is around $51,800, which is actually reasonable. Crime rate is something to consider -Buena Vista sits at 1,689.0 per 100K. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's not perfect but it works for me. Happy to answer more specific questions..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to Salt Lake City it's pretty good.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I'd watch out for is pet-friendliness. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..
