Hi all, My partner and I are Rent is about $1,067/month for a decent place. Median household income is $54,458, which feels on the lower side for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. Should I be concerned? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development.
