Biggest downsides of living in Buenaventura Lakes?

So, I work in construction and With a population of 32,310, Buenaventura Lakes is a smaller city. Median household income is $61,822, which feels about average for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Let me know your thoughts. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is nightlife. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Worth doing your research before committing.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are excellent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
