Is public transit usable in Buenaventura Lakes?

Alright, Crime rate is something to consider -Buenaventura Lakes sits at 667.9 per 100K. Poverty rate is 10.6%, which is around average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Thoughts? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Used to live on the Downtown side, now on the Meadowbrook side. Completely different vibe. it exceeded my expectations.

As someone who grew up here, I love the pace of life here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cost of living used to be much competitive but now it's tough.
