Hey folks, I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
