What Bull Run CDP (Fairfax County) does better than anywhere else

I work in retail and You can expect to pay around $3,072 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thoughts? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I've been living here for 2 years and I'd say I'm still on the fence after all this time. The traffic is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..

Came here for family and stayed because I love the pace of life here. The community vibe is honestly hit or miss and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
