The good and bad of living in Bull Run CDP (Prince William County)

OK so We're a young couple and You can expect to pay around $1,912 for rent here. Poverty rate is 10.7%, which is around average. Rent is about $1,912/month for a decent place. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I wrong here? The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
