What I wish I knew before living in Bull Run CDP (Prince William County)

Hey everyone, I relocated for work and The median home value here is around $378,800, which seems about average. Rent is about $1,912/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thoughts? Thanks for reading. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development.

We moved here with our family and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Schools in Riverside area are average. Kids love it here.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cost of living, then yeah this place is great. But if safety matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
