Is Bullhead City worth it salary-wise?

So, Homes are going for about $196,900 on average. Household incomes average around $47,717 in Bullhead City. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Thanks in advance! Used to live on the Meadowbrook side, now on the Cedar Grove side. Completely different vibe. it was the best decision I ever made.
