Random thought, I'm single, late 40s, and You can expect to pay around $1,034 for rent here. Median household income is $47,717, which feels on the lower side for the area. The weather takes some getting used to. What would you do? The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's exactly what I was looking for. Compared to Baltimore it's better than expected.
