I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 15.2%, which is higher than I expected. Household incomes average around $47,717 in Bullhead City. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I wrong here? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
