So, It's a a smaller city city with about 42,193 people. Median household income is $47,717, which feels on the lower side for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks in advance! Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
