Unpopular opinion about Bunker Hill

First post here. I'm a teacher here and The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's exactly what I was looking for. Definitely worth checking out..
