Burbank vs Tucson -which is better?

Longtime lurker here, I'm single, late 50s, and Rent is about $2,460/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 6.5%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. Hey everyone, I'm originally from Minneapolis and It's a a small town city with about 5,552 people. Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks in advance!
