Is Burbank walkable?

Born and raised here. Poverty rate is 8.2%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,241/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $83,975 in Burbank. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Thoughts? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to.
