Been living here since 2012. Crime rate is something to consider -Burbank sits at 189.6 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 5.0%, which is about average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What neighborhoods would you suggest?
