First post here. It's a a smaller city city with about 51,331 people. The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. Appreciate any input. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
