Hey everyone, We have two kids and Homes are going for about $609,300 on average. Poverty rate is 7.5%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
