Jacob S. moving May 29, 2025

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm retired and It's a a smaller city city with about 51,331 people. Poverty rate is 7.5%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Has anyone dealt with this?
