Is Burkburnett worth moving to in 2026?

Hey, I'm a 39-year-old data analyst and Homes are going for about $143,500 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned?

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is dating scene. I have mixed feelings honestly. Worth doing your research before committing.
