Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Hot take but I have mixed feelings honestly. I know a lot of people disagree but after 15 years here, that's my honest assessment.

I've lived in North for about 7 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Houston, I was surprised by cost of living. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Strong job market in several industries
- The job market scene is improving

The downsides:
- Limited shopping options
- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for singles. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Came here for work and stayed because I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The healthcare is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a software engineer who relocated here from Tampa about 13 years ago. The main reasons were weather and a job opportunity.

Pros I've experienced:
- Strong job market in several industries
- Active local events and festivals
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Road conditions need improvement
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Financially, we've found it pretty good compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are pricey, gas is pretty good.

Socially, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Feel free to reach out with questions..
