Been meaning to ask this. I relocated for work and Homes are going for about $696,800 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Burke sits at 73.9 per 100K. With a population of 43,336, Burke is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $696,800, which is pretty steep. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Has anyone dealt with this? Cheers. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
